Oz Off Road Warranty
Your warranty, clearly explained
Your Oz Off Road caravan warranty is designed to provide assurance in relation to the structural integrity of your caravan and to outline the conditions that apply throughout the warranty period.
Cover Period
24 Month Structural Warranty
Provides cover for eligible structural workmanship defects from the date of original new purchase.
Chassis Cover
5 Year Chassis Warranty
Applies from the original new purchase date, subject to compliance with the required servicing schedule.
Consumer Rights
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Servicing Requirements
Maintain your warranty coverage
To preserve warranty eligibility, servicing and maintenance must be completed within the required timeframes. Owners should retain all service records and supporting documentation as part of the caravan’s maintenance history.
First Service
The initial service is required at 1,000km or within 3 months of the purchase date, whichever occurs first.
Annual Service
The first annual service must be completed at 12 months or 10,000km, whichever occurs first.
Ongoing Servicing
Following the first annual service, servicing must continue every 12 months or 10,000km.
Warranty Exclusions
What is not covered
Warranty cover does not extend to damage, faults or costs arising from misuse, external impact, unauthorised modification, environmental factors or items covered under separate manufacturer warranties.
- Misuse, overloading, negligence or collision damage
- Incorrect towing setup or improper operation
- Unauthorised modifications or alterations
- Travel, accommodation or relocation expenses
- On-site repair attendance or call-out fees
- General wear and tear associated with normal use
- Commercial, hire or rental-related use
- Damage caused by loose, unsecured or dislodged items
- Corrosion, weathering or environmental deterioration
- Water ingress or damage caused by severe weather events
- Stone chips, road debris or other impact damage
- Components subject to separate supplier or manufacturer warranties
Warranty Claims
How to make a claim
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please follow the process below to ensure the matter can be assessed efficiently and any approved repairs can be arranged without unnecessary delay.
1. Contact the Team
Contact your selling dealer or Oz Off Road and provide your chassis number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where available.
2. Inspection & Approval
The concern will be reviewed and, where required, inspected. Warranty approval must be obtained before repair work is commenced.
3. Repair Arrangement
Once approved, repairs may be coordinated through the appropriate dealer, service partner or authorised repairer.
